Tai Chi Group                            Limited places available.
Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it might
well be called "medication in motion." There is growing evidence
that this mind-body exercise has value in treating or preventing
many health problems. The teacher, Suzanne, is a former
occupational therapist who tailors exercise to members' needs with
gentle routines which are softer and easier on joints!
