Yogalates Monday                                     
A good exercise activity for all levels of fitness as it is easy to
take at your own pace. Yogalates (a mixture of Yoga and Pilates) is
recommended by physiotherapists to keep the back mobile and to
lubricate the spinal vertebrae - but most importantly, it is a fun
activity to do!
The class is led by an experienced instructor.
